Q: How will I know when my order has been delivered?

A: You will receive an email confirmation once our couriers have delivered your order. Make sure to check your junk mail. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 4163358686.

 

Q: When will my delivery arrive?

A: Our couriers operate within a delivery-window and we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. If the delivery is going to a business it is guaranteed to arrive before 4:30pm; to a residential address, we guarantee delivery before 6:45pm.

Q: Can I request a delivery at a specific time?

A: Our couriers use the most efficient and environmentally-friendly route each day. As a result, they cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for individual orders.

If your floral delivery is required before a certain time, please get in touch and we will try to make it work. Additional charges will apply.

 

Q: Can I place an order for pick up?

A: Yes, of course! Please place your order online and select “Curbside Pick Up” under Delivery Method. We will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Our pick up window is between 10:00am-6:00pm every day. We are located at the corner of Middlefield and Finch. Our address is. 5210 Finch Ave E Scarborough, ON M1S 4Z6. Come to the back entrance of the store for curbside pickup and give us a call at 416-335-8686.
